1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EnvGuard ("the Service"), including our website at https://getenvguard.com and our global CLI package getenvguard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service & Acceptable Use

EnvGuard provides secure environment variable storage, AES-256-GCM encryption, multi-environment synchronization, audit logging, and team collaboration tools.

You agree NOT to use EnvGuard to:

• Store or distribute malware, trojans, ransomware, or malicious exploits.
• Engage in unauthorized penetration testing or reverse-engineering of the Service infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

3. Subscriptions & Billing Policy

EnvGuard offers Free ($0), Standard ($1.99/mo - Free until Dec 31, 2026), Pro ($5.99/mo), and Agency ($29.99/mo) subscription tiers. Payments are processed securely via Payment Gateway.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew on a 30-day billing cycle upon confirmation of PromptPay QR payment.
• Soft Quota Enforcement: If a subscription expires or is past due, your workspace converts to Read-Only Policy Mode. Your existing secrets remain safe and decryptable, but creating new secrets or projects requires an active subscription.
• Refunds: All payments are processed upon confirmation. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing dashboard.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership of all environment variables, secret keys, and application code. EnvGuard claims no intellectual property rights over the data you upload or manage through the Service.

5. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and enterprise-grade reliability, EnvGuard is provided "as is" and "as available." In no event shall EnvGuard or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, server interruption, or third-party provider downtime.
